Cavalli Club launches new menu

Roberto Cavalli is a well-known name in Dubai, both for his flamboyant designs and for his super-swanky Swarovski crystal-embellished nightclub.

And the famous fashion designer himself is in Dubai tonight (Monday October 29), especially to launch the brand-new menu at Cavalli Club at Fairmont Dubai.

Known for its glitzy parties, daring shows and lavish décor, this year the home of all things bold, brash and absolutely fabulous turns ten, so it’s only right you raise a glass (or in this case, a fork) to the swish venue.

The restaurant is revealing its new menu tonight, and the usual evening brunch is also available, coming in at Dhs299 for unlimited food and drink from 8.30pm until midnight. You can also upgrade your brunch package with unlimited drinks from midnight until 3am for an extra Dhs300.

The new menu stars dishes including foie gras with 72 percent dark chocolate, vanilla brioche and hazelnut, tagliolini with Mediterranean blue lobster, veal tonnato with crispy baby vegetables and Parmesan tuille, salt-baked Mediterranean sea bass and grilled frogs legs with roasted courgette and asparagus cream. You can also try out oysters and salads for something a little lighter.
