A new mall has opened as part of the upcoming unique massive theme park project in Jebel Ali.
The Outlet Village is not like any other shopping area in the region, & is designed like San Gimignano, which gives a feel of an adorable hilltop town in the countryside of Tuscany whose historic centre was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1990.

But the exposed brickwork, piazza-like squares, features of water and small metal trinkets which line the unmatching Gothic stonework aren’t only a glossy coat on top of this usual mall experience. This little pizza slice of Italy is ‘digital free’ which means no amount of invasive advertising hoardings can be put up, no escalators or lifts, also no indoor aquariums or ice-skating.
Simply going through, visitors will notice a line of sophisticated detailing, which includes fountains and wishing wells, window shutters with lavender pot plants along with wallpapers of the rolling Tuscan hills. It also has a real olive tree.

Built for the purpose of high-end luxury fashion, it is home for across 100 retail brands, involving home ware, sportswear and department stores all on the same level and covered under a conical roof of glass. Each of the brands will going to offer discounts which lasts an year, with some of them going up to 70 % off the original retail price.

A revolving concept of pocket shops will also be introduced in the village where brands can own shop for a preset number of weeks, before renting out the hole-in-the-wall space to some another brand.
And for those who need to refuel themselves, tired with all the shopping, there are a variety of dining and rehydrating options. Operation Falafel, The Brass, Urban Seafood are open to take orders now, with Tasha’s, Awani , Project Pie, and Godiva Café expected to open their shutters very soon.
