Festival Bay at Dubai Festival City will play host to extravagant music with fireworks at 9pm every evening, on August 22 and 23; you can also catch the fireworks at The Beach (9:15pm), La Mer (9.30pm) and Al Seef (9pm) during the three-day Eid festivities (August 21-23).
