The WCRF/AICR Instructions Include The Following:
- Be as slim as possible without becoming skinny
- Each week, grown-ups should involve in at least 150 minutes of medium-intensity physical activity or 75 minutes of strong intensity physical activity
- Children should involve in at least one hour of mild or healthy physical activity each week
- Be bodily active for at least thirty minutes each day
- Dodge sugar, limit the consumption of energy condensed foods
- Scale your diet with a diversity of legumes, vegetables, fruits, grains, etc.
- Restrict sodium intake, the consumption of PROCESSED meats and the consumption of RED meats
- Limit alcoholic drinks to two for men and one for women a day

These instructions are also broadly supported by the American Cancer Society.
