The Telegraph Travel has posted a stunning 360-degree video, on Facebook, of what it is to ride Emirates’ lead ride over Thames.

Opened in June 2012 as “a genuinely necessary new association over the Thames”, the Air Line is the UK’s first urban link auto, covering the kilometer-long extend of waterway amongst Greenwich and the Royal Victoria Dock.

Keep running by TfL and supported by the Dubai-based carrier Emirates, travelers skim 50 meters over the waterway while the Thames Barrier, high rises of Canary Wharf and the unmissable ArcelorMittal Orbit of the Olympic Park populate the urban vista beneath.

Because of the carrier’s 10-year £36m ($47) sponsorship in 2011, the link auto was up and running in time for the begin of the 2012 Olympic Games in London, and has transported more than 7 million travelers since opening, The Telegraph reported.
