UAE Announced Eid Holiday – Its Two Days Paid Leave for Private Sector

In UAE, Ministry of Labor has announced the holiday for Eid Al Fitr. It will be approved as well as paid holiday for all private sector employees. It will be on the first and second days of Shawwal.

The first and second days of Shawwal are required to be on Wednesday and Thursday, July 6 and 7. Counting Friday and Saturday, employees might get a 4-day break from work.

However, this will rely on upon the locating of the Crescent moon, following which a formal notice will be made.
