This is the new chain of mid-priced hotels developed by Emaar and is going to open its first property in May ‘Rove Satwa’, just across from the Al Murooj Rotana on the edge of Downtown Dubai and next to The Dubai Mall’s extension. You can expect a speedy check-in through an app; also you can grab anything that you’ve forgotten from the in-house store. Digital drawings by illustrator based in Dubai, Think photographs by Alia Al Shamsi and graphic designer Dina Sami has a deep focus on the Za’abeel — which is a neighborhood that’s at once rural and urban. The murals in the public spaces were created by Dubai-based creative collective Ape Creative. That’s just for starters. Rove Satwa hotel will serve 480 rooms; major upcoming are Rove Port Saeed next to the Dubai International Airport with 270 rooms, Rove Oud Metha near Dubai Healthcare City with 286 rooms, Rove Dubai Marina in Dubai Marina with 384 rooms, Rove Al Jafiliya near Dubai World Trade Centre with 270 rooms, and Rove At The Park next to Dubai Parks and Resorts with 458 rooms.

This hotel has been created keeping the history and culture of the city in mind. Catering to families and business travelers looking to explore Abu Dhabi, Four Seasons is located on the Al Maryah Island and is connected to both the Global Market Square and the upscale Galleria Mall. For check-in guests will have to straight up to the 30th floor; above that is a restaurant called Namu, At the top of the hotel there’s also going to be a nightclub called Boa, under a domed roof. After dark, the Wet Deck will turn into a poolside party spot. The massive Westin will open next door with over 1,000 rooms overlooking at the Dubai Canal project.

The Oberoi, Al Zorah, Ajman

This looks simply stunning, and going to be unlike anything that we have seen in the UAE till now. Beyond the contemporary, sleek architecture, it’s an eco-resort with blue lagoons, white sand beaches and green mangroves in 247 acres of protected forest. A Nicklaus designed 18-hole golf course designed is already opened. You can canoe through waterways, go dirt biking, kite surf or cycling on the property while children will be catered with an activity area and a shallow swimming pool for toddlers.
Hotel with sixty species of bird, offshore coral to explore and a fish nursery makes it unique.
Villas either two or three bedroom and have a private sundeck and one temperature-controlled pool, rooms and suites have private terraces and all the rooms have sea views and Wi-Fi.
For relaxation: There’s a hammam and spa; you can head to the beach restaurant and bar, for grilled seafood on a wooden deck, or can visit La Vinoteca.

Renaissance Downtown Hotel

It’s one of five hotels Marriott is opening in the UAE this year (also opening: Abu Dhabi’s first Marriott Hotel which is followed by UAE’s Autograph Collection Hotel, 86-room La Ville Hotel at City Walk). It’s aimed at both leisure and business travelers. (Old-timers will recollect the memories of the Renaissance hotel in Deira, with the legendary Spice Island restaurant. Since then, the brand had a complete revamp and they are positioning as the first in the UAE.
Get guidance from local experts called Navigators is what makes it unique.
There are 298 rooms.
For relaxation: There are going to be restaurants by two (not yet named) celebrity chefs in house, a Six Senses spa and “cocktail bar with speakeasy style.”
The hotel is set to open by the end of the year.
The Address Fujairah Resort & Spa

The Address hotels have luxurious city hospitality and The Address Fujairah Resort + Spa will be located on the beachside location to the south of existing hotel strip in Al Aqah. This hotel will have the sea and mountain views in Fujairah resort.
There will be 196 rooms, plus residences if you wish to stay forever.
For relaxation: A spa, beach access, a 500-metre promenade and a food and beverage plaza. Hotel will also requisite dive centre.
Hold your horses as it won’t open until 2018.
